A fabulous, fully furnished, air-conditioned executive villa in the heart of Florida. Located within a gated community in Mission Park, Clermont this gorgeous villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fantastic location minutes from Disney World, shopping and a great selection of championship golf courses. The villa has a private screened pool with a rear view over the garden and trees.
The comfortable accommodation has a telephone, high speed internet, Cable TV in all the bedrooms and the living room with a DVD player and a Playstation2. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a washer dryer. Towels and linen are supplied. Children and animals are welcome.
Extras available include a barbeque grill, crib, high chair, pool heating and a rollaway bed.
Attractions
Mission Park is close to all the major attractions. We have community tennis courts, swimming pool, children’s play area and local shops. There are four golf clubs all within a short distance of your villa in Mission Park. With Hwy 27 close by access to Orlando, Tampa and the rest of the sun state couldn’t be easier.
With Orlando only 7 miles away there is no shortage of theme parks, from Disney’s Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios and more. Orlando is also shoppers paradise with some great malls to choose from.
Sea World, is just 7 miles from Mission Park. You'll get to meet worldwide animal celebrity Shamu the orca. Experience the thrills of roller coasters like Manta and Kraken or take the kids for a character breakfast with Elmo and Friends
For adrenalin lovers an off the road driving experience with Revolution Off Road is not to be missed.
Lakeridge Winery is about 35 miles north, a visit during one of the monthly jazz weekends is recommended.
Busch Gardens, Tampa Bay has magnificent grounds with safari encounters, entertaining shows, roller coasters and wild rides.
